Sehr netter Gastgeber. Reibungsloser Ablauf.kümmert sich um seine Gäste. 100m zum Bioladen. 150m zum Tengelmann Supermarkt. 300m zum Bäcker und nächsten U-Bahn Station. Mehrere Gastronomiebetriebe in unmittelbarer Nähe (zu Empfehlen ist "Zum Schwarzen Kreuz" leckeres Gulasch mit Semmelknödel)

the host was quite unfriendly. his main concern seemed to be making very clear the restrictions in the use of the appartment. at the beginning he told me not to use the washing machine (even though it is in one of the pictures of the appartment and it was one of the main reasons why i had chosen the appartment), but then he changed his mind. before leaving, out of the blue, he made a veiled threat to kick me out if i would take someone with me. this was unnecessary and came accross in an extremely unfriendly manner. however, the appartment was good.
