The room is big and spartan.The lights were very poor and I was unable to read, or to find small items inside my suitcase.The bathroom drain was blocked up; after taking a shower the bath-tub was full of water and soap that slowly dripped into the drain, leaving the tub to be very dirty.April was cold and rainy, but there was no heating.The host had me signed a legal restrictive document.

We stayed for almost a week (city trip) and can totally recommend this place! Good access to public transport was a plus, friendliness and hospitality of the owner was another bonus. He as a Roman-born provided good advice and gave valuable tips about the city. Wifi is available, as well as two cats, one of which is very pettable:)

A spectacular location, the room was very clean and spacious and the host was super friendly, made recommendations and made me feel at home. A terrific experience!
