The villa is a modern luxury villa with pool, located in the upscale Seminyak/ Oberoi area and in walking distance to the beach (15 minutes walking to La Luciolla or KuDeTa-both have surf breaks.) Located near 8 minutes walking from Sisterfield's, Boss Burger, Grocer & Grind Cafe and Seminyak Square ; Village Malls on a small, quiet dead end road. Perfect area for window shopping and grazing.
The villa is about 5 minutes driving from Potatohead and W Hotel.
The villa feels at once modern and tropical, with a peaceful feeling as there is a nice balance with the view to the trees and greenery. It feels has a visual presence, but is also very homey and welcoming- perfect for holiday with family and friends.
There is an open-plan Great Room with intimate lounge and dining table.
Over-sized carrera marble bar with 4 stools bar fridge and sink, all overlooking the pool and modern tropical garden.
Entertainment center features a 42" flatscreen tv, Yamaha surround sound stereo, dvd library-extensive, wifi, Cable tv with 90 channels.

-2 master ac suites with king sized beds and sitting areas. En-suite bathrooms with tubs and rain showers, both are equipped with safes. Both bedrooms have a flat screened tv's and dvd player. Over-sized glass doors open to garden to create an indoor/ outdoor space.
