This attractive and well-appointed studio is located in the eastern suburbs of Metro Manila, with convenient access to shopping, local art, theatre and culture. It is in the same building as my Suburban listing but located on a lower floor.
The space is a 28sqm studio apartment unit lovingly decorated with an exotic and outdoor vibe. It's perfect for one or two guests (honeymooners, backpackers, staycationers). I may allow a third guest, but he/she will have to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
