The neighborhood is considered a quiet one yet in the city center. One can find all amenities in walking distance from the apartment.
legendary historical pedestrian street of Fokionos Negri, which offers plenty of cafés, alternative pubs and small restaurants is an 8 minutes walk from the apt.and the National Archaeological Museum, which houses some of the most important artifacts from a variety of archaeological locations around Greece from prehistory to late antiquity is 20 minutes away.
A supermarket, a grocery store, bakery just around the corner, with a variety of local cuisines from all over the world also in close proximity.
Every Wednesday a local fruit, vegetable and fish market is being held just around the corner (on Filis str.), with fresh and cheap products from various places around Greece.

Normally from 3pm-5pm and 12-7am are quiet time in greece
smoking is allowed in the balcony. visitors are allowed but cant sleep over.
From the airport wait for metro M3: (Airport - Agia Marina) stop at Monastirski station (16 stops 41min) change to M1: (peirias - kifisia) and stop at Attikis station (3 stops 7min) Exit on Liosion st, turn right towards sozopoleos st continue straight on kefallinias.
